The snow-covered little skiing mountain Golzentipp is more is not very well-known and is a true insider\u2019s tip for families and skiing beginners, offering ideal conditions. The new cable car leads directly up to Golzentipp from the village centre. The valley station is situated centrally and families can clip on their skis at the piste and ski directly to the lift.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Two tow lifts above the heritage-protected village provide access to the blue slopes. The descents back into the valley also lead to the rustic wooden houses, some of which are over 300 years old and stand so closely together that their roofs almost touch. New in Winter 2022\/23: Kinderland at Himbeergoll-Lift.<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Families with children are particularly well catered for in Obertilliach. The young ones can look forward to the Kids\u2019 Land and practicing at the ski playschool under expert instruction, while the older ones explore the undulating blue and red slopes. Apart from the child-friendly and certified slopes, there is a certified ski school that also offers alternative activities in the snow: snowball fights, snowtubing or sledging are just as much part of the daily programme as lunchtime childcare with a kids\u2019 menu. Obertilliach also offers perfect terrain for one of the youngest winter sports, snowboarding. The gently slopes in the valley are excellently suited to learning this sport that is not very easy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
